FBLA, or Future Business Leaders of America, was founded in 1940. The purpose of this organization is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs.

“I thought we did a really good job,” sophomore Katie Lochman said.

Fleetwood competed in the local competition and did pretty well. They took home some second, third , and fourth place trophies. Each student competed individually in an event to try to claim a first place award, which then earns the team more points.

Categories include sports management, law, public speaking, hospitality, and business.

Fleetwood did well and islooking to improve in years to come.
