Ingredients:
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups guacamole
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups chunky medium salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 roma tomatoes, diced and drained of juices
- 1 (4 ounce can) sliced olives
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions
- Tortilla chips to serve
After you’ve gathered all the necessary ingredients, it’s time to make your dip! In a small bowl, stir together beans, cream cheese and taco seasoning. Then spread the beans onto the bottom of your dish. You can use a 9×13 pan or serve in individual cups. Next, spread on the sour cream and guacamole. Then, layer on the salsa and cheese. Next add the tomatoes and olives. Squeeze lime juice over the top, and sprinkle salt and pepper if you’d like.
Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve with fresh tortilla chips.
Enjoy!
