It is almost that time of year again. Fleetwood’s annual craft show is making a return this year on November 20th. For those who don’t know what the craft show is all about, it is basically a day on which vendors from everywhere between New Jersey and our very own borough of Fleetwood come to set up stands in the high school hallways and sell their various goods. Merchandise set to appear at the show this year includes candy, jewelry, wooden shelves, and Christmas decorations among others.
The show is already coming along nicely according to the organizers. Most of the vendors attending the show have already submitted their money to the school, and the craft show has been advertised in local magazines and publications.
When asked why people should come to the craft show, organizer Ms. Nagle responded, “It’s good gifts at reasonable prices. I get a lot of my own Christmas shopping done at the show.” She also stated that she is hoping to have more than 100 vendors attend this year.
On top of all that, the show is for a great cause. The craft show largely benefits the class of 2012 and the high school FBLA club, who organized the majority of the show. Organizers will also be raffling off gifts at the show as part of the festivities. The gifts have yet to be determined.
With a school full of craft vendors, trading cards, food, entertainment, and much more for a day—and all at a reasonable price—It’s hard to imagine how someone could pass up this kind of opportunity to get some quality shopping done. So come out and support the class of 2012 and FBLA this November 20th.
