Over the past two months, the Ohio State football team has fallen in shambles. Twenty-nine suspensions were handed out, and head coach Jim Tressel and Terelle Pryor both left the program by resignation and NFL Supplemental Draft respectively.
Last month, it was revealed that Tressel had information about his players selling game-worn apparel for benefits such as money and cars before the team’s BCS Bowl Game, and yet Tressel did not use any disciplinary measures. As more and more details come out about the amount of people associated with the program and its violations, the situation grows increasingly grim, and the NCAA continues to hand out more suspensions every day.
