Fall Movies Looking to Impress

koenig- promtional- copy 1 jpgThe fall is always good time for upcoming movies. One of the most anticipated movies for the month of September is A Walk Among the Tombstones.

This movie stars Liam Neeson as Matt Scudder, a vigilante who joins a drug kingpin to find out who murdered his wife. This movie is classified as a thriller.

Another anticipated hit is The Equalizer, starring Denzel Washington. Denzel plays “McCall,” a man who has a dark past and is trying to put it behind him. He meets a girl named Teri (Chloe Grace Moretz), whom he tries to break out of the Russian gang using his unique set of skills. This is a movie for action lovers.

Other anticipated movies coming out in October are Addicted, Fury, and Kill the Messenger.

November is the month for comedy as two blockbuster comedies are coming out. Dumb and Dumber To is slated to be released on the 14th and Horrible Bosses 2 on the 26th.

Dumb and Dumber To will be another one of Harry and Lloyd’s hilarious adventures. Jim Carey will reprise his role as Lloyd and Jeff Daniels as Harry. Fans of the first one will surely enjoy the sequel.

“I can’t wait to see the new Dumb and Dumber,” senior Mitch Kinek said.

“It looks hilarious,” junior Sampson Lerch said when asked about the upcoming movie.

This adventure is about the two of them heading out to find a long lost sibling in the hopes of gaining a new kidney. Rob Riggle will also be in the movie as a character of the name “Travis.”

Horrible Bosses 2 stars Jennifer Aniston as Dr. Julia Harris, Jason Bateman as Nick Hendricks, Jason Sudeikis as Kurk Buckman, Charlie Day as Dale Arbus, and Kevin Spacey as Dave Harken.

The trio tries to start their own business, but things go south as a slick investor prompts the trio to try to pull off a kidnapping scheme.

For this fall, there are a lot of new and interesting movies coming out, so save your money for popcorn!
