Ella Youse and Ashely Hughes have both been chosen for the month of December to be the students of the month! They each have shown tremendous growth and excellence in their school work.
Ashley is the daughter of Stephen and Kristyn Hughes; they live in Blandon. Ella is the daughter of Jennifer and Sam Youse; they live in Fleetwood.
Each of the girls are involved in the Fleetwood community in many different ways. Ella is involved in FBLA (President), National Honor Society, Chorus, Rho Kappa, National Historical Honor Society, Band Front, an Academic Internship, and Blood Drive. She also donates her free time at the Emerge Dance and Twirl studio to help younger dancers learn!
Ashley also involves herself in the school community a lot! She has been involved in FBLA (Vice President), Blood Drive, Marching Band, Band Front, ASL Club, an Academic Internship, Chorus, National Honor Society, Rho Kappa Historical Honor Society, and Mini-THON. Like Ella, Ashley also donates her free time at Emerge Dance and Twirl.
Ella is planning on going to a four-year college or university to double major in Environmental Science and Dance while Ashley is planning on attending a four-year university to study early childhood education and becoming an elementary school teacher.
