Pumpkin Pie is a traditional fall and winter treat. It is very easy and fun to make, and it will be a great  dessert after Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas, or whenever you desire!

What is great about this pie is that you can use it for two occasions instead of one! This is the perfect dessert and an all-time favorite! Making it with a friend or family member is a great way to bond this upcoming season!

• 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk

• 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ Teaspoon ground ginger
• ½ Teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ½ Teaspoon salt
• 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk the pumpkin.  Add the condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake for about 15 minutes.
2. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted one inch from crust and comes out clean. Let it sit and cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish however you desire, and enjoy!
