Senior Pancake Breakfast a Success

On Saturday, 27 October, the senior class hosted its final pancake breakfast in the high school cafeteria.  The purpose of this breakfast was to raise money to help this year’s senior class pay for graduation.

Overall, the breakfast was a success.  A majority of the people who may not have been able to come in previous years attended this one.

“I really regret [not attending until] now because, well, it’s basically a feast, and ‘feast’ is good,” senior Noah Moore said.

An extremely generous supply of toppings spanned from simple maple syrup to cream cheese filling.  Fruit cocktail was even offered for patrons to decorate their pancakes.

There were plenty of hungry and tired people who appreciated this cheap meal.

“I feel this is the most smoothly running [pancake breakfast] the class has done over the last four years,” social studies teacher and class advisor Dina Heffner said.

Overall, the pancake breakfast was a success for both the people attending and the class.
